I completely agree with all of the negative reviews on this location. The older man there is HORRIBLE! He acts like you are causing him an inconvenience when you bring in packages. It’s very confusing when that is literally what they’re there for - SMH. I dread having to go there, but it’s your only choice if you live around here. The other employees are ok, they just seem miserable, presumably because they have to work with him. I have often wondered why UPS would continue to allow this person to run their store. Seems like a perfect location for Undercover Boss 🤣

I would not even give this place 1 star but unfortunately I had to select one to contunue. First my 3 year old granddaughter had to use the restroom when asking the girl if she could she replies "We don't have a bathroom she will have to hold it". It made my granddaughter upset as she didn't want to have an accident. Second the girl was very rude from the start, no hello no smile no thank you or giving any information on my package or what I needed to do next. She was very cruel, definitely do not recommend this place
