I like the service for fixing and keeping the building clean and the out side as well I've been there now 7 to 8yrs no problems yet really yes you can't blame management for people of all colors who may do bad behavioral conduct and you have other people who are clean and great habits if you see something say something yes I do agree the carpet in some buildings need replacement plus the Patio wood panels need maintained nails coming up the land scaping out side is great thanks

They took my 200 dollar deposit approved me for an apt made me sign a lease made me transfer my national grid and everything else over to tell me to pick up my keys then I get down there say your not approved then I’m asking why saying they she ran my credit again when I never gave her permission to do such a thing then she called the cops on me because I asked her for her all signed documents so I can take them to court I’m 7 months pregnant with a 10 year old daughter and because of this company I am homeless

This company is a out to get you if you’re not careful. They will take $200 from you as you’re applying to their apartment then put in the fine print that it’s a non-refundable holding deposit. You will not get your money back. Avoid at all cost

Terrible the new property manager is VERY disrespectful, unprofessional,no communication skills, harassing threatening intimidating Alexis Amendola property manager should not be here SMH refused my reasonable accommodation from corporate regional property manager Marie Furnari to Woodview apartment property managerAlexis Amendola. Which is 100%illegaland taking money from my husband for months it wasn't approved by housing another 100% illegal fraud my husband has had 2 traumatic brain injuries and they are abusing us w a disabled child w Muscular Dystrophy

Studio apartments range from $1345-$1,420, 1-bedroom apartments are usually available in the general range of $1,670 per month.
