They have excellent customer services. Today is after Labor day weekend, a lot of people returns the rental car. Even though they are very busy, they still greet each customer with a good smile and work as efficient as they can to process our return. Very professional! I highly recommend Randolph Enterprise car rental if you need to rent a car.

They called me 20 mins before to pick up my car saying they didn’t have it. Even though it was confirmed days before. When I finally fought to get the car it was past the time of pick up.

Last Friday, 6-3-22 I rented a pickup truck from the Randolph, MA location. I dealt with Ross over at Enterprise Car Rental, by far one of the most polite, respectful gentleman that I have met. All of the employees over at the Randolph location ( Izzy, Ross, Brendan, Glaucia and Alanna) are very respectful and professional. I am very pleased with my car rental experience over at the Randolph location. Thank you!

Not enterprise they offer cars to rent with a debit or major credit card and valid Driver's license
