Our experience with their mobile service was terrible. Despite specific arrangements being made in advance, they canceled our appointment because they called just prior to the appointment time when we happened to be out of a cell coverage area. By the time we called back, about 20 minutes later, the appointment was canceled and they were one their way to the next job. We scheduled the job to occur when we were not with the vehicle, and all the arrangements were made ahead of time and in great detail. So, there was no reason for them to call us but they did anyway and then didn't show up when we didn't answer the phone immediately. We ended up having to take it to their shop the following day, where the customer service was great and the job was done promptly and as promised. So, I would not use them for mobile service again. If you can take your car to them, then I would highly recommend them.

There is no direct line to speak with the resentative at the shop. It refuse to direct you to an agent at the specific shop.
