I have lived here for just about 2 years....I love everything about this building...It runs like a well oiled machine......the tenants are warm and gracious, and the staff is EXCEPTIONAL...All who work here are kind and they do their job extremely well.....the hallways are clean, the floors are constantly cleaned and since we are in the covid era, the doors are disinfected and I feel SAFE....Mike Pasquale is WONDERFUL, always a kind word and is willing to do all in his power for all of us to feel safe....I am so GRATEFUL to live here...!!

Yes, cats are allowed in the East Rutherford building.
