The picture quality is great, I'll give them that. The website is ridiculous, customer service is horrible, they don't answer emails (only phone calls to them), you can't create an account on their website and get everything you need for your kids in one place. Instead, there are different codes, logins, passwords etc... that are a nightmare to find/remember especially when you have two kids. Rescheduling senior photo retakes was a hot mess.

Lors photography are horrible! I've tolerated the awful school pics with shadows across their faces that made his nose look a foot long, a lock of hair that was stcking straight out on the side of my daughter's head that nobody bothered to tell her about, and the weird filters or whatever they do to alter color and made my other son look jaundice...but we just got my older son's senior portraits back. WHAT A JOKE!! They took TWO pictures with the cap on his head and in one of them they made him give 2 thumbs up! WHY?? He's graduating high school not kindergarten!! 2 cap and gown pics but NINE pictures of him in the Eagles jersey he wore to school that day. 🤷♀️ In 3 of the jersey pics they made him put the hood of his hoodie up!! I find it really hard to believe that these are trained photographers. The one picture they have him holding a big goofy prop sign that says "senior" but because of the number on the jersey it blended together and looks like it says "sender" how does a trained photographer not even pick THAT up?? God I hope our school stops using this horrible company.

First of all, I always pick the greenery or school background for my kids picture. I never get the background I choose. Secondly they are in such a rush my kids never get a chance to smile, the pics always look like a mug shot! So disappointing!

Yes just give the company a call and ask if they still have them. They should.
Call them directly but i am in different division..best photo company ive worked for...im a pro photographer and the children should be prepared prior to sitting..
Background options are dependent on the school. If none are shown on your flyer, there are additional choices available if you place your order online
I had my Sons done too. It could take about a week to get them. There very busy now with retakes. Or give them a call at 908 964-3040 I think they open at 9am
