They seem to be struggling with the loss prevention aspect of business and have graduated to randomly insulting their customers. Directly and/or indirectly. It seems to be an issue not only at this location but at the 304th too. I seen a boy once, terrified of immigration, who had specifically asked me NOT to steal get SLAMMED into the window when he tried to outside two employees mistaking him for a thief. Then, I met a new manager at the 304th location that softened my heart with his kindness... So 😕🤔 confused I am...

The manager in this dollar store by pacific hwy its very rude. I was really happy when they reopen after the store got in fired. But this guy he dont have customer service training or maybe just doing for the money and I don't know his name but he's tall and very large. He don't say hi when coming in or say hi did u find everything ok when he's doing cashier or say thanks nothing at all! Unfortunately I won't be coming back to this and so its my family there's so many other dollar tree when they do appreciate you as a customer.
