I bought slippers and they turned out to be absolutely not comfortable, I came to change them for another model in three weeks and I was rudely refused to change them referring to the fact that I have 14 days, to be honest, I didn’t even know that the return was 14 days, not 30 days . I want to your attention to the fact that I did not use them and they are in the condition in which I bought them, I just did not have time to change them immediately due to work. I think this review is worth the money. Gucci Design district Miami - terrible service

Wow, is all I can say! This once delapitated run down area is the New Worth Avenue of Soflo! Every popular designer store is here, great people watching :-)

I bought a bracelet (+200 Usd in LA) that got broken in less than a week. Went to a store in orlando and they told me that if I wanted a new one I had to go to LA.. Then I went to this particular store AND 5 minutes before closing time, security locked the door and didn’t let me in. Didn’t even open the door to speak to me. That’s how they take care of their customers.

I had an excellent experience here at this gucci store. The salesman was very attentive, showing me anything i wanted, and in various sizes. I purchased a wallet and a bracelet, both of which i like very much. We were helped in the checking out process by another young man from Atlanta, who was very pleasent, and gave us recommendations for a few things we asked around the area. Couldn't have been happier.
