I list 1. Pros/cons 2. Overview 3. Known amenities PROS: Clean sites, Lots of trees in the majority of the park (we stayed in the 40's), Decent sized lots in our area, Some overgrown but fun trails, Friendly staff, Lots of wildlife (e.g. bear, chipmunks, tons of birds, etc), Well maintained, Not overcrowded throughout week, Dog friendly, Chill atmosphere, CONS: Some pretty unlevel sites, Dog run is collapsed (landslide?), Splotchy to no wifi or cell service if you need to work (on back side of hill; good in open areas and pavilion) OVERVIEW: There seems to be a lot of updates and improvements going on (a positive); so, I can't comment on the bathroom facilities and club house as there is construction, but it's only going to get nicer. They just added new pavilion lighting and small playground that gets a lot of use. They have a lot of fun weekend events. Overall a positive experience, and we would definitely recommend. It's a really laid back place, and we have enjoyed our stay very much. The cons are minor but might be useful for some. Not the fanciest place in the world, but that avoids pretention...which is perfect...Goldilocks would love it here. *BRING LEVELERS AND/OR BLOCKS* (only real complaint) KNOWN AMENITIES: Wifi (site dependent) Pool Several picnic areas Laundry (small) Pavilion (large) Dumpsters Group area (gazebo, fire ring, etc) Playground (small but nice and brand new as of this writing) Basket ball court (with balls) Soccer goals (at b-ball court; balls supplied) Trails Horseshoes Corn hole Full hook-up 30 and 50 amp (not all sites have both) Fire rings at sites Small general store (nicely kept) Weekend activities Showers (construction; N/A that we know of) Club house/grand room (construction; N/A) -all we know of- PS: Go to Kettlebread for a sandwich!

I went to Sodom Mountain Campground with my family and it was absolutely beautiful! Very serene and the nature surrounding the campground was spectacular. Nothing like enjoying a campfire under the stars and roasting marshmallows with your kiddos! The management is very kind and the new owners are doing A LOT of renovations to bring this hidden gem back to life... We will definitely be back!

This place is a great little gem in Southwick, MA!! Staff and campers alike have always been very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The pool is clean and refreshing. It's a great place to go to escape, relax and have a nice time with friends and family. My understanding is that the campground is under new ownership and will be going through some changes and the amenities, much of which were closed since covid, might be opening next year, but I'm not sure.
