Dunkin by McDonald's in southwick stay away from this place kids inside always playing around even when empty most times ten min. Just to get a reg. Coffee this is the norm here,, sorry Dunkin do not like saying bad things but this store is out of control

Walked into the store around 11:15, there was 5 cars in the drive thru and one person in front of my family and I. I timed it only due to how long it took, it took 18 minutes for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. My wife ordered a chai tea and after ordering and paying, we were told that they did not have any. Just before the bagel came out (approximately 15 minutes), my wife's food came out and was ice cold. All while we were there, there was a refund given at the window, 2 refunds for my party, and the older woman behind me was able to order an item that the store was apparently out of. Nobody took charge of the situation and everyone seemed to be either disinterested in helping guests, or just not wanting to. One of the most frustrating experiences I've had in a very long time. This is 2 awful experiences for my family in a 1 week span. Sad to say I will take the massive inconvenience and go somewhere else from here on out.

Staff is nice and coffee usually decent but I just got the worst cup of coffee I've ever had in my life. Absolutely disgusting and I'm too far away to bring it back. Would rather spend money on a coffee maker than on inconsistent coffee. Not a pleasant experience first thing in the morning.
East Coast lovin'
Went through the drive thru to purchase two medium Chai's and was given two small Chai in medium cups. I took a lid off and showed AVERY while trying to tell her they weren't full and they were luke warm at best and she shut the window in my face while I was speaking. Chai is chai and it would have been fine if they would have charged me for smalls and gave me the difference back. I can warm it up when I get home. Take a look at the picture. This is exactly what I showed her when she decided she didn't care. Avery try and speak to the customers about the issue instead of shutting windows in faces. I wasn't rude and simply asked if this is how they are supposed to come because it looked like a small in a medium. Don't have a small amount of customer service in a company that requires a large amount.
