I worked for this company until I was forced to get vaccinated. I refused on religious grounds which they then questioned the sincerity of my belief and wanted me to answer questions that were intrusive and unlawful to ask. Now they say that I am on a 3 month "voluntary leave of absence" with no pay or benefits and when the 3 months are up my position will no longer be available. This LOA also prevents me from getting any unemployment benefits. Too bad there isn't a rating lower than zero stars.

Hi all, I went on a Dr's referral to get a test on Aug 2, 2021 in Bellingham WA. Very quick and professional at the Drive Thru location where there were 6 or 7 white coated people all waiting for business and no backlog whatsoever - what a cost to someone? Today, Aug 17, I have tried to call and get another appointment - it is hopeless - you cant get to someone and get relayed to some service that will call you back and which has not happened, Clearly they have hopeless management and one should find someplace else where they understand who the customer is.

Went in for a thyroid biopsy performed by their doctor. The front desk staff and the biopsy technician were very kind and comforting. However, the doctor seemed disinterested / careless. He told me at the time of service he didn't think he had enough tissue for a diagnosis. He sent it anyway to a pathologist who did not have full medical certification. Results were inconclusive due partly to their errors. They billed me $450 for this badly executed test, and my insurance would not pay them as an in-service provider (which they had assured me they were) because of the pathologist not being fully licensed. They billed me for the full amount after my insurance refused them. I asked them to adjust the bill. The billing representative yelled at me, kept interrupting me while I was trying to tell her they made a mistake, told me emphatically no adjustment to the bill and threatened to send the bill to collections if I didn't pay. I told her I was going to have the company investigated then she admitted the error and promised me she'd look into adjusting the bill. After I wrote this review the provider called me and did adjust the bill and spoke to me kindly, asking for feedback. I appreciate that, but I would not recommend this provider. Too many mistakes, bad attitudes, poor training of some staff, and the billing rep is out of control.
