What can I say? Dr. Monroe and staff are very very friendly, welcoming, and very professional. They treat you as a longtime friend, listen to your every concern and complaint, always check in on you to make sure you are doing okay. I would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this Urgent Care Clinic. They are the best. I even met a former Navy Corpsman who was stationed where i used to be stationed at in the middle of the indian ocean. The place is filled with kind and compassionate people. Not only they genuinely care for you but they make sure when you leave, you are at ease. We have had better experience and less wait times then an emergency room here. Overall, Awesome experience whenever we end up there. Highly recommended. You simply rock!

So when I needed urgent care, I was happy to find so many Overlake Urgent Care Clinics near me. I was able to get in quickly and the doctors, nurses and other staff were friendly and knowledgeable. As a result of these great experiences with Overlake Clinics, I have chosen the clinic closest to my home as my PCP.

I was treated with such kindness and compassion and felt very confident in the provider’s care. Diane at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The nurse Katelyn was so warm and I felt truly cared for. Amy drew my labs - I’m a hard stick and she took her time to find a successful spot. Joanie was the nurse practitioner that saw me and she was absolutely wonderful. Thorough and compassionate. I felt very confident in her diagnosis and treatment. It was very comforting to receive such wonderful care when feeling at my worst.
