It was a complete disappointment. This place has good advertisement and looks neat from outside. But that was the the only good part of the experience. We were the last group of the night and the game master was not passionate and professional compared with our previous escape experience. They acted like they don’t care whether we enjoy it, only passively giving hints when we asked for it. Anyway, it was acceptable since it was late at the night. What really disappointed us was the design of the puzzles and the poor condition of the electronic devices. Regarding the design, the entire puzzle set lacks a clear storyline, and the answers were not well contextualized at all. We felt like we were just solving a bunch of random, unrelated puzzles with much brute force and little motivation. To make matters worse their wiring / electronics were really aged, so it took much longer to input what you want. We had to ask for help for manual verification from the game master. We wasted a lot of time on these issues. I saw that a lot of customers were complaining about the technology issue. I can’t believe that this issue was still not resolved after months. I’ve done quite a few escape rooms in Seattle and I’d say it was the worst experience we had. I won’t recommend this place to my friends. I hope the business owner read our reviews seriously and at least fix the technological issues for future customers.

I've been to about 10 escape rooms around the US and I'm sad to say that this place is not worth the money. The largest complaint we had with our experience was one puzzle that, even though we had solved correctly, had a technology issue and did not trigger. We lost 10 minutes to this issue. Our group spent a combined $200+ to be there and you can't afford to replace a $5 game piece? Though the room was decorated quite well and in an interesting way, the puzzle design was excessively linear, and did not allow you to work in parallel with more than 2 people. One puzzle in particular had our entire group of 7 just waiting on one guy to painstakingly complete. Also, the puzzles were often non-intuitive. There's too much focus on technological puzzles (pushing buttons, playing with lights, etc), as opposed to more traditional puzzles with physical pieces. Our game masters were also not very attentive. It took multiple attempts to hail them on the radio, and it seemed they were not watching us on the cameras at all. This was especially apparent when the puzzle malfunctioned and the DMs did not notice. Overall, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We were worried about this being challenging enough for our group of 8 adults. Turns out the hardest room "Ancient Egypt" has a success rate of 33% and kept us engaged the whole time. The staff was accommodating and kind enough to start our time late so we wouldn't be rushed after our dinner reservation ran over. There were minor issues with some of the clues and equipment in the room but they were able to get them fixed once we alerted the staff.

Absolutely awesome. I took my 3 closest friends here for my birthday and had no regrets. It was everyone's first escape room, so we were absolutely dreadful at it. While it must have been painful to watch, our guide helped us out so much, and nearly walked us through the last bit of the Deadwood room. Would definitely come again!

There isn't anything inappropriate, but the puzzles may be too hard for a 6 year old.
