As a former camp student I was always the subject of attention regarding vandalism and pranks. I was sent home for the remainder of the day for NOT PUTTING DOWN A SOCCER BALL after being asked ONCE by a coach. Then the manager of the camp popped in. The coach told the manager. I do not blame the coach in this situation. The manager told me to come with him to his office. Called my dad. My dad agreed with me saying I should not be sent home for refusing to put down a harmless soccer ball. To comfort me he took me out for ice cream. After I left I figured out that I wouldn’t be coming back for the day I started crying wondering what I did wrong.

Instructors are patient and skilled. A good team environment for my two kids. We also used this facility for a birthday party - it went great. Our use of the facility was 90 mins and it went fast! I believe 15 kids, including the birthday child(ren), were built into the price. It also included 1 birthday kid jersey custom made with name and number, a coach for the time to facilitate games on the field, and serving in the party room. Our coach was friendly and kept us on time. Food is required to be purchased from the facility and we got pizza - it was good, kids and parents liked it. As a birthday parent it all felt like a blur, but it went smooth and our kids and their friends enjoyed it. We were able to spend 1/2 of the play time in bouncy houses and 1/2 playing a field game. Splitting the time was our kids choice in advance. I was impressed that even with transitions and clean up everything was smooth and we were out on time. Most parents of the other kids (aged 7-10) hung around and watch sports on the waiting area tables. The cafe and bar available to parents was also a plus.

My child is playing indoor again, one of his favorite things to do, simply because Arena Sports is requiring proof of vaccination. It gives us some peace of mind. I also plan to sign up for indoor for the first time in many (many!) years and I feel comfortable doing so because of the Covid safety measures they have put in place. I commend this company for being responsible and taking care of their patrons and their community. The parents on my child’s team whom I’ve spoken with feel the same way. Plus…polite staff, great beverages, clean facilities…it really is a great place to watch or play. Thank you Arena Sports! It’s so good to be back!

Attended a kids party here. The staff here work the kids up for the full time. Nothing special about the activities that you couldnt do in a park. Mens washroom faucets requires giant hands for the sensor to detect. Dryers give you 1 or 2 seconds to dry your hand. Gave 1 star extra because they serve beer. Over all just an ok place.
