I am disappointed in the professionalism and lack response from the Crystal Clear Pool Store. I called one day to inquire about the cost for them to start cleaning my pool and was given a date that someone would be out to give me a quote. The day came and went with no one stopping by or calls to reschedule. I even tried to reach out to the store around lunchtime to get an approximate time someone would be out and was told I would receive a return call but never did. Next day tried to call the store to see what was going on and no one answered. Needless to say I’ll be finding someone else to clean my pool at this point.
