They claim they don’t have people to service Port St. Lucie yet they are advertising in 4 spots online in Port St. Lucie and I have used them in the past. The people on the phone are rude. I called asked a bunch of questions then transfer to another person to schedule a person to come she starts asking the same questions and tells me I have to get a hold of the people who schedule. I was like I thought that was you?? These people are terrible.

On time as promised and based on the quote they charged they were pretty close since we had about 100 more lbs than we advised them originally.

dont plan to shred without calling ahead. limited storage space ie 1 bin - a week for next pick up.
