Called and asked them if they could replace a fuse in my Aqua Rite Chlorine Salt Generator, the girl took my name and address and was told there is a $100.00 service call fee, that they take photos of any and all repairs done and $50.00 would come off any repairs. She said they had to order the part it was not in stock and would get back to me. Never heard back called daily to get an update, every time I called the other line was ringing and I was put on hold for approx. 5 minutes. By the end of the week they still could not give me approx time for a technician to install the fuse that they were busy cleaning pools. So called back to cancel my service call and refund my money... I will replace it myself. That when I get a nasty response by email that they are not in the business of fuses nor have we ever been. We had no intention of doing that work. The fee was for someone to come out and see what the issue was. I don't believe anyone came out never received a photo...they were told what needed done at the time of my initial call. So I should have been told then they don't handle that kind of service. It was after the 2 phone call in I realized that they changed ownership, it was a husband and wife company previously when I used them. Took my money with no service. Poor customer service, do not use.

I have tried for over 10 days for get this company to refund $300 for an installation that did not happen. Not a great way to do business! Wouldn’t recommend them to even my worst enemy

We called Morningside Pools to have our leaking filter checked. They sent out a pool cleaner who then said they need to send a technician. They then sent a technician he fixed our leaking filter. We then paid our bill. Then received another charge of $115. I called and they told me I was going to receive a refund. This was October 4 it is now October 25 and I have still yet to see a refund. I have called multiple times and left messages and have not got a response. I do not recommend this pool cleaning company to anyone.

Updated and removed old review because of new ownership. I went in to get chemicals and advice on an issue. The clerk told me it's over there and couldn't tell me which chemical was best or offer help. Then he read the back of the container and told me to use entire jug. I read instructions when I got home, only needed 1/4 of the jug. Clerk didn't care to be there. Not the same Morningside Pools. Go elsewhere!!
