Customer service is great but their frames suck! I purchased my glasses (Armani) few years ago & they broke in less than a year. They asked me to bring them in on a Saturday which life got busy, and then Covid so I never did (my fault). But last year my son purchased his & same issue, now my brother 2 months later with the same problem & now they’re charging him for the full frame when he’s only had them for less than 3 mos. Save your money, and purchase online.

After going to the Horrible Pearl Vision in Hyde Park, this place was Heaven Sent! All the employees were absolutely Amazing! Especially Angeles Marquez…so patient with my 73 year old mother. And I loved the experience
