Can’t comment on the services because I had an appointment set for 11:00am and waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes before being taken to wait another 20 minutes in an examination room and never seeing the doctor before choosing to leave at 11:50am. Nothing was ever communicated from the staff about why I was waiting for an hour. I don’t understand why they set appointments if it’s basically walk in wait times. There were about 6 or 7 other people in the waiting room with me all waiting longer than me. I will not be coming back to this clinic and it was a mistake to make an appointment here initially. Edit* a staff member called me on my drive home to apologize and said it was an “emergency call” the doctor was on that lead to the wait time. I appreciated the apology but also don’t understand why this wasn’t communicated to me while I was waiting in the office. If it had been I may have chosen to reschedule for a different time, instead I will not be returning ever.
