Horrible experience at the doctors office. The doctor made me feel fat shamed and told me I should fast 16-18 hours a day. She never once asked my current eating habits or anything or that I was on WW and recently lost 22 lbs. She did tell me about HER eating habits and how that past weekend she ate a carb overload… thanks for the information which has nothing to do with me or my health. She also told me I needed to get her my gynecologist reports or the insurance would “get mad at her”? I deal with insurance for a living… insurance doesn’t care about the gynecologist I have been seeing for 18 years. Her office also charged me for a no call no show for an appointment they had given me the wrong date for… I call to confirm and it was the wrong date! No I will not be paying the $25 no show free for your mistake. I wouldn’t refer anyone to this office.

I normally do not post negative reviews. I have had several bad experiences with this provider. I feel she is just pushing as many patients through her office as possible and not truly caring about their situations. In my last encounter, I came to her with a true health concern. At my appointment, her nurse came in to ask questions and get vitals. Then, a student came in and went over my concerns with me. When the doctor came into the exam room I felt she was being very pushy, and asked if I was OK with 2 additional students coming into the room. I felt obligated to say OK because of the way she approached the question. She didn't have my record pulled up on her laptop when she got into the room, was scrolling through all of her patients, and finally got to my name after about 2 minutes. The appointment was very brief, she spoke to the students more than myself, and prompted me to go get a test at the hospital. Lack of concern for my feelings or my situation. She walked out and that was it. Her receptionist made sure to stop me on my way out of the office to look at the order that she wrote for my test, and had to make corrections on it because of the way that it was written. I went to the hospital for testing and never heard back from her regarding the test results or what I need to do for my future. This was for an advanced care test for an acute problem, not just a simple check up. It has been 3 months. I will not be returning to this office.

Dr. Susarla is a doctor that takes time to listen to you. I know I am not the easiest patient to deal with but I found her to be patient, understanding, and someone who provided me with answers to my questions. She addressed all of my concerns and offered some useful information on how to deal with some problems I had been having. Her office is quiet and welcoming. Her staff are kind, pleasant, and extremely efficient. What more can you ask for when you need to see a doctor? I would strongly recommend that you read her short bio, she is an extremely interesting doctor who believes in treating your mind, body and spirit.

Best doctor I have had in 58 years. She is kind, knowledgable and actually listens to patients. The staff are also great and the office is spotless.
