Don't work here if you're a CNA all the management here will do is harass you. In the eight months that I was employed at Warren Barr I felt harassed by certain a certain nurse and the managers in charge. There was an instance where I was the ONLY CNA on the entire floor and because I had been working a sixteen hour shift I ended up falling asleep which may not have been the best thing but it was out of my control. I'm a human being not a machine. The nurse that I was working with was also the only nurse on the floor and she proceeded to take a picture of me asleep and send it to our boss which is incredibly inappropriate and a violation of my bodily autonomy and all in all very disrespectful not only to me but also herself. Seeing at how we were the only two people on the floor that is also malpractice because a single nurse and a single CNA can't be responsible for so many people. And because she send this picture to my boss I lost out on the bonus that I was entitled to. At the end of my eight months working at Warren Barr I was one day just randomly informed that I needed to take my CNA state board and that my 120 days/4 months were up despite the fact that I had been employed for eight months.
