“Care” is supposed to be their their speciality. They should provide exemplary service even if visitors never showed. That’s what they are paid to do. Why should anyone have to be present / stand over their shoulders for them to do their job?
Rehab and nursing care in most places is mediocre at best .Unless you have $$$$$. You do have some people who are exemplary(Nurse JoJo) and care about the residents. But you best stay on them because they will slack

No! This place is horrible. Takes forever to get assistance and meds on time. Sorry to report my Friend passed in this facility due to lack of concerns and care. She text me every night bring me and her family up to date on what was happening or not happening. I witness the actions of the staff. When asked to view records the day she passed no records were available. I witness notes being written on tiny pieces of paper to write notes then shoved in a pocket. Don't recommend!!!
