The person with hefty personality ( referring this way because he never reveals his name) is one of the worst customer service associate that I ever came across in my entire life. He's extremely rude and never listens to his customers. He shuts the glass window in the Drive-Thru even while you talk. He missed two items from my order and when I came back he made me wait 30 minutes and didn't even apologize for his mistake. He never provides receipts. This is my third worst experience with him. Management - you have to take an action on this associate immediately if you want to continue customers visiting this store. I really wish I could give negative Stars to this rating

Atrocious! Ordered ahead and still endured a 40-minute wait at the drive-thru at 11pm with lots of frustrated drivers in front and behind me. Not only that, but the food was terrible...rancid chalupa shells and missing ingredients! Service was just as you'd expect, distant and impersonal. I felt rushed to leave the window, despite having waited long enough to have a proper sit-down meal somewhere else! This taco bell needs to get its act together. Shame on your management!

Do not DoorDash from this location! Your driver will have to wait 20-30 minutes for the food plus another 10-15 to deliver. So unless you're tipping $15, most of us are not picking up here anymore. You want me to fight for you to have a livable wage, but you sit there and tell me my pay isn't important? No thank you.

Quick and clean and the staff here is very nice. Out of all the times I’ve ever been here my order has only been messed up once. I’d say that’s a pretty good stat as far as fast food restaurants go!

My experience is that they care and they follow the guidelines of safety. When I go to the drive thru they are wearing masks and latex gloves and they serve you your drinks and food in a container where there is no touching involved.
Doubt it
You should call them instead of asking on Google. 16 is the youngest you can start work in WA for jobs like these.
