Extremely rude staff except for one girl who I wish I knew her name because she deserves to be called out as a nice person I used to go to this McDonald's often for delivery and use their bathroom because it is easy. I noticed that they do not clean their bathroom almost ever. For over 2 weeks there was a disgusting stain on the floor, socks behind the toilet, empty toilet paper rolls were common that would last days, the sink counter covered in dirty water constantly I also visited this location today to buy food for myself and used the mobile app to get $1 fries. Got to the window to pay and handed the girl change, then handed my card to pay for the second order (which was just a cheeseburger) and she charged me full price for the fries which was like $4. I explained to her that the app should've made it only cost $1 and she said "I don't know" and shrugged as if I'm supposed to be okay with paying 4 times the amount for my order. I had to ask for a manager to get the situation fixed. The manager was very friendly and fixed the issue without problem but as we drove away we heard the young rude girl yell out "OH MY GOD". This location needs to reconsider the people they let work there because a lot of them don't seem capable of working in a customer service job

I finally pulled up to the speaker to order after sitting in line for 10 minutes only to have the guy taking orders be incredibly rude and never actually take my order. McDonald's doesn't have a high bar but this location is dreadful. Avoid it at all costs.

I have been in the drive thru lane for over 30 min now smh... it's burgers and fries seriously??? And no way to back out and leave. 2nd time this happened here... rather get cold food from Tulalip than sit with screaming hungry kids in the back seat 😡😡😡

Nothing stands out too much either way at this location. I've been through the drive thru several times, which has always been fairly busy, and my experience has never been great but also never terrible. Had my order messed up about half the time, they've run out of things a couple times and the employees always seem pretty neutral, don't make a point to be pleasant but aren't rude. It's McDonald's lol. I know when I worked at Taco Time years ago I didn't always wanna be overly nice to the people yelling at me thru the drive thru arguing about prices I didn't control or telling me we definitely sold taco BELL items and I didn't know what I was talking about. All in all, it's your average McDonald's.
