I ordered a large meal and specifically ask for hot fries cause every time I get them here they are cold well tonight I ask for a replacement she gave me a bag like I was a bother and slammed the window door when I parked I looked in I noticed I she gave me a small Fri when I ordered a lard meal and the wrong burger.... I called them on The phone and explained there mess up and I was outside waiting for my correct order she just hung up on me... I completely was completely shocked with the bad customer service and appalled by the attitude

Had a great experience with Callan at the drive thru window tonight. We have some sort-of complicated dietary restrictions and he was all over it and highly professional. Give this man a raise.

The staff here is great, don't get me wrong. The food is standard Jack in The Box, how can you hate the classic 2 Tacos? My problem here is with whomever is staffing this place at night. They constantly run 1 or maybe 2 people to do everything on a Friday Night. When people get out of the bars, or whatever, the line gets to be 10+ cars, since only the Drive-Thru is open. The wait for food can be like 20-30 minutes, no joke. The staff always seems so flustered because there is just not enough help for them - I feel so bad. Please please please, owner of this JITB, add more staff on the weekend. It will make all your customers happier.

I pass by Jack in the Box around 3 in the morning and ordered an Extreme Breakfast Combo. The lady by the drive-thru window was nice and asked me how I was doing. I answered and told her I was very hungry. When I got home, I was excited, looking forward and ready to enjoy the breakfast I purchased only to be disappointed. When I pulled the sandwich from the paper bag, what they gave me was a puny tiny bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It was a chilly late October morning and I didn't want to drive 4 miles back. The small sandwich was not enough to satisfy my hunger so I found me some cookies. The two stars I gave in this review is just for the nice lady who greeted me and asked me how I was doing. I would like to give the people who would read this an idea how angry I am when I was writing this review. I am 56 years old and I am borderline diabetic. When I get really hungry, my blood sugar level goes low. When it gets to that point, only God knows what's going through my mind

The drive thru is open 24 hours but there dine in area is not.
With the corporate office. I couldn't complain enough it's a horrible jack in the box.
