Call and file a conplaint with mcds coorperate and with that specific franchise location owner. Its a legitimate complaint. You file a complaint with that owner only youll just get something free but more then likely no change will occur however you file a complaint with mcds headquarters and they will step in if enough people have and or they deem it serious enough

I have been there too, while in the drive thru line I seen a huge rat 🐀 run out from the building to the garbage area, they need to clean up that place.
