When i went it was currently take out or drive thru only. So there wasnt a bathroom to use. It seemed fairly dark inside. The cashier was new but really patient with us when we were asking questions. He tired to help answer our questions to his knowledge.

For some reason they can never get my order right it's not that difficult but they never can get it right then when you call to let them know they ask if I have my receipt and on this occasion they never gave it to me and then they're calling me a liar saying that I never went there yeah I wouldn't go here anymore probably won't I would suggest going someplace else

I am not one to give bad reviews and in all honesty if I could give tonight's experience zero stars,I would. Ordered a Jumbo Jack Combo and an Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo,got home and neither burger was right,both microwaved to rubber bread and leather meat and not a single condiment along with cold fries. Look,I get that the Pandemic wreaked havoc,but there is literally zero excuse for the constant bad experiences and lack of customer service.

So I arrived at the jack in the box at 9:48 after a long day of work, yes the line was long and wrapped around the building but I was willing to wait. I waited once I got to the drive thru speaker I was told they were closed! It was only 9:56! Very disappointed.

Well it is the holiday season. Not only are they prone to being understaffed this time of year, they get a lot of business due to people having last minute shopping. Even tho the drive thru might have been empty you could have caught them right after a rush.
