Iowa PC Service are excellent. Their remote service makes it easy to get answers and fixes. If they can't fix it remotely, they are on-site very promptly. Friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.

Do you do on-site repairs?

Yes, we do! Most repairs can be done on-site, although, a few repairs are best done in our shop. Just give us a call at 515-299-4555 to schedule a time for a technician to come out. We'd love to help!

Is installation of a wifi card in a desktop something you do?

Yes, we do that. There is a big difference between wifi cards - have you already purchased one, or do you need us to supply one?

Is a "diagnostic" required, if I ask you to do something specific (like "only change out the hard drive,"?

No - diagnostic is not required when replacing a hard drive with a new drive. We do prefer to provide the new drive so we know how it's been handled. How can we help?
