The main course was very fresh and tasted good. There were lots of menu options just not a special value option. The crab Rangoon was mainly cream cheese so not recommended. The hot tea was just a tea bag. I would expect dining in to have real plates since Covid isn't a big restriction now. The restaurant seemed clean and the help was authentic and friendly and the food was good quality and fresh which overrode any negative.
