It's.not better then the big Mac
When gluten free breads are not available, they will do a bed of lettuce on and a fork and knife. The less frequently used items are not as easily accessible. Or oftentimes frozen and thawed at the time of use to prevent loss or spoilage. Definitely call ahead to make arrangements!
