Service was little slow. Food was ok

I would like to start off saying me and boyfriend come to this location a lot and it’s always hit or miss, but today they were out of traditional wings, I know they have a deal for Tuesdays but you’d think they’d be more prepared. We came around 5:45 which would be an early/peak dinner time. How would they be out already? Idk. Then when we did get our food my boyfriend got his like 10 minutes before I did. When I got my food I didn’t get an apology or anything which okay whatever but I had to steal some of his food which shouldn’t happen. We never got refills on water even when I put mine at the end of our table which should indicate I’d like more. Our waitress came to our table max two times. I get they’re short staffed but a lot of people were just standing around or were on their phones. The service today was NOT it, I normally would never write a review but today was not okay.

Unfortunately they can't find help so we couldn't dine in. 45 minute wait and there was only 2 tables in use. Unfortunately they can only find one server to work.

KYF Packers

Did delivery today which took 2 hours and they literally forgot half the order. They gave me a refund (we will see if I ever get it back) but just not good service. It was not a complicated order.
