Best part of the park are the tennis courts. No good place to walk or jog except behind some trees. Scared of people with dogs. If you play tennis, best to get there by 4pm weekdays or else people hog the courts for hours. Weekends you need to get there super early in the a.m. or no courts. Only 4 courts. Court conditions are great on warm days as 2 courts are shaded. No other courts in Lacey or vicinity have shaded courts. I give it 2 stars for lack of walkability unless you like walking on grass. Good things are no traffic area so no pollution.

I came here to take my dog for a walk along with my sister and her dog. It’s really nice because they have a paved trail with a lot of beautiful trees and plenty of places to stop at admire the beauty. There is also a tennis court in a basketball court to play in as well.

Wonderful park, I liked the paved walking trail it's 0.6 of a mile so it was easy to get in my steps. My child liked the playgroun and basketball court is located in the shade. There is a cute little toddler playground at the northwest side, the restrooms aren't open there though.

I love this park, it's a little hidden gem connected to a community and it has all the bells and whistles. Basketball and tennis courts, grills, gazebos, baseball field, trails, bathrooms... It has it all. I highly recommend this park to anyone who wants to get out and do something, no matter the age.

It is most definitely first come first serve
Probably best to check with parks and rec!
Not much humidity during the summer. Western Washington has an interesting weather pattern. It rains alot, but the rain is usually light enough that most locals don't carry an umbrella and only wear lightweight water resistant jackets. On July 5th, the rain stops, and you have a beautiful rain-free summer that usually lasts about 45-75 days before the rain really starts up again. Temps are light enough that most houses don't come with A/C. Daily temps can vary from 70-100 (as the others have said). After about 2 weeks of no rain, all the grass turns yellow. It'll all turn green again when the rain comes back though.
