The staff here has been nothing but kind, compassionate, and respectful, and we're not even here for services. Nonetheless, thank you for your time, services, and genuine care. PS- This is a great location for bird watching, with varied environments, and a near guarantee of seeing a bald eagle and double-crested cormorant at least once a day. Ospreys raise their young nearby through spring and summer.

The woman at the reception desk was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable! I've never been a part of a Senior Center before but this one offers a variety of classes and programs. The building is large and modern surrounded by gorgeous landscaping and a lake in the park. Lots of parking including handicap spaces and wheelchair accessible. If you're a senior, I highly recommend this center for senior programs information, classes or just relaxing to a meal and conversation!

At the Lacey Senior Center, AARP Tax-Aid happens on Tuesday & Thursday. You need to sign in as early as 8 am (you must sign in that day & space goes FAST). The Tax-Aid happens between Noon to 4 pm. I advise planning on being there all day.
The lunch line forms around 11:15am. First the payment line, then then food line. Food service begins at 11:30.
The admission is usually $15, which includes all the regular game cards. Special game cards are sold separately for about $2 each.
Doors open at 6 pm for dinner, bingo is at 7. It's an Oktoberfest theme and costumes are welcome. $15 admission includes regular game sheets, special game sheets and raffle tickets are separate. Not sure what the dinner is exactly, but should be Oktoberfest food. It's a fun time!
