Didn't know this place existed until a friend suggested we meet here. It was tough to find parking, but once we did I was impressed with this park. There is a large covered area with a grill and tables. It was a gorgeous day and the water looked clearer than many other local lakes. In spite of the packed parking lot, the park itself was not overcrowded and there is a great walking path all the way arpund

Great park! Excellent walk way circling the park, great swimming area, big grassy area for fun, best kids play ground in the area, great picnic shelter, 4 stars as parking on sunny days is very hard to find and no parking overflow near park

Beautiful park, lots of room to spread out and play. Play equipment needs some attention and repairs but for the most part it's good. (Only 4 stars because the play equipment should be fixed. I'll add photos later) It's clean and well maintained, lots of trash cans for easy clean up. There is a gazebo with a good amount of tables & a few benches around. There's also a dock area thing, where I seen people fish - but I don't know much about it. There is ample parking, I've never had trouble finding a spot. (we come here frequently & don't have issues.) The ducks here are very people friendly, maybe a little too much. If you get close enough, they will follow you even if you have no food. 😂 Overall a good place.

Great park. Lots of geographical features plus a huge variety of play toys. Docks for fishing, swim area, boat launch, packed with features. Well done, Kent.

Usually 11:30 ish but really depends on day
That depends on what day you go cruzing.
Weekends and sunny days are generally full and finding a parking spot is always a hassle in this case.
Usually everything us completely packed, I would recommend going very early if you even want to consider getting a spot. But a lot of people (including myself and friends) Usually park in neighborhoods in the area or at the soos creek trails parking lot when Lake parking is full. And yes, bring your own chairs and such.
The park truck does a sweep of the park about 10 minutes to close and then they shut up at closing time. If you are having a slow time getting out they will wait. They are pretty cool about it. Closing time is usually dusk. Hours posted at front of park.
Hell yeah, just get there before 11 am. The parking is really small, you can spend like 30 hour driving around and won't find a space.
Yes
No but you have to carry the inflatable boat down to the water, you can not put it on the top of your vehicle and use the boat launch. You can carry it down the dock and set it in the water and get into it and go have fun
No
What she said
Yes on the south side. Also handicap parking spot too. Stay left of the cabana
