Waiting 3 hours for customer service sales and service manager and and receptionist mr Oscar as stupid. Doesn’t know to respect people. Break the serial number and doing the service whatever he wants.

This is the absolute worst TD branch ever! The drive through atm rarely works, the lines are horrendous and I won't even begin to discuss customer service. I love TD most for its convenience and consistent great customer service reps. This branch meets NONE of the criteria in comparison to other branches in the area. Just drive past here and go to another branch.

Td bank Parkchester branch it’s so bad customer service and unprofessional people are working, My appointment time was 11.30am, They call me on 10 o’clock that we are empty if you want to come you can come we will take care of you when I get there and I asked the person who call me the name and he told me your appointment is 11.30am so come 11.30 that time I ask the person who called me and told me come here I am going wait for u? why are you call and bring me here he doesn’t get my answer😎😎😎
