At this WF branch, I had the worst banking experience of my life. The manager Asim Chowdhury was looking for every possible reason not to serve me at the bank and behaved like a real boss. Although I arrived on time and signed up in advance! Thanks to such clueless bank manager like Asim - the bank loses a lot of customers every day.

I am so disappointed in my experience at this branch, they gave me the number for customer service and proceeded to go on lunch break…even the customer service team was confused why the bankers were not helping me. Considered walking across the street to Chase and starting fresh.

I've been directed to the internet by the bank staff in order to make certain transactions..I guess everything will become digital..
I went in there yesterday, [Jan 12] seeing as how the bank is in Chinatown, there should be someone on staff. I did see a gentleman that could have been. However, he did not look 100% Asian, so maybe only speaks English.

Yes, you can make cash deposits at the location.
It depend of what kind of service r u looking for. If for regular services so they do not have any branch in brooklyn. If for morgage advices they have branch in sheapshead bay area. But the sheapshead bay area doesnt have atm, cash or tellers services.

The one on 58 st and 3rd ave has close by startions for train F on 63rd st nd 3rd ave. And on 59st n 3rd ave trains R,N, 4,5,6. This is in Manhattan. No wels fargo in brooklyn unfortunately....
