My wife and I have always been treated respectfully by Erika Macareno, our personal banker. She knows how to treat Citibank customers. It is not always the bank employees but sometimes it is the other customers who's at fault in causing problems and delays. We have always seen Erika Macareno to be courtesy with all of Citibank customers. She is the reason why we closed all of our Sterling bank accounts and opened new bank accounts with Citibank. Citibank has a valuable asset over all of the other banks. That valuable asset is Erika Macareno.

I always change quarters in Chase bank. However citi is closer to my apt so today I went there. They asked me to swipe their bank card so that they could service me, also they are not friendly. Chase don't do that!!! No matter who you are, they help you with your need. In my opinion, citi banks are only happy to service THEIR customers but Chase are happy to service ALL, no matter whether you have their bank card or not. Who do you think is better??? I swear that I would not visit this branch ever!!!

I only rated it a 1 star because negative stars aren't available. One of the worst BANKS ever... not even worst branch... worst BANK ever.... this location is most incompetent banking institution any bank brand has ever managed. As a business customer I waited in the business line because there were two tellers servicing business clients. There were only 3 people in the main line also with 2 tellers. One teller after finishing left and was in the back just sitting at her desk, while the business customers gathered behind me. Then after 20 mins with the help of the assistant manager Donna Smith she opened the teller line again only to accept payments she said she couldn't take deposits... so people from the normal line were taken to the business section. Then after another 5 mins she finally decides she can take deposits too. After talking to Donna Smith the assistant manager she basically told me that regular customers have priority over BUSINESS customers.... REALLY???!??!?!?!?!? I'm about to put a few million into your bank every month consistently and you tell me this???? Disgusting... If it wasn't that my cousin was a business banker in the city and my accounts are linked to him, I would have closed out my account today.

Go to the bank and requested it. Another way is calling the number in the Back of your card. It may be an 800 or an 888 number. Something like c that
Sorry. I don't know because I never use that service at ATM. Since the machine lost my deposit once, I never use the ATM. only I use the ATM to withdraw.
