If I could do negative stars, I would. *TLDR: Dr. Willoughby is gone; DO NOOOOOT go here. I have never been so disrespected, belittled, and felt like an addict by a group of nurses and secretaries I never met. This is a special shout out to wendy in reception, and whenever the hell this new doctors nurse is. I Had to take a urine sample to see this new doctor. Her nurse waited until ONE hour before my med refill appointment to tell me it was canceled and I was discharged. I could have spent that MONTH looking for another doctor. Now my pain is 10 fold and I just finished going through cold turkey withdrawls. What is even more disgusting is they remind you in the letter how debilitating your disorder is, yet give you no help finding someone else?? They do not know me, and they treated as if my past 4+ years of tests came back dirty (not once) The nurse kept getting an attitude with me and cutting me off saying " it was in the contract". Asked if I could go to the ER because this a serious emergency. This women, snicked at and "they're not just going to give you a ton of pain meds. You can't just go there an expect that." I am out of options and have less than a month to figure this all out. Please, try Dr. GALICA in Georgetown, he is incredible, most of Willoughbys nurses and assistance followed down there as well!

Worst place to go for pain management. The staff is unorganized. The dr.stay out the office more than working and when I went for injections my leg went numb on the table .The nurse sprayed numbing solution at the same time the Dr. injected the needle. I stated I felt that something was not right. The dr. said that mean Im in the right place. My leg has more numbness than when I first went there.

When we moved here 6+ years ago this hospital in Murrells Inlet sc was the best. They were very patient, the ER was above any ER I've ever been to, DE, NC, GA, NY. But the last 1+ years has been terrible. Incompetence, lack of caring for the patient. It's hard to explain. It just seems like they're only there to get a paycheck

We have never had a problem there. Unfortunately, they have tons of patients and likely everything takes time. I would just keep calling. They are only open until 4 and I think they're closed on Fridays.

I called almost 3 weeks ago to get my husband re scheduled with another appointment not to mention he has called in the past months a few times the lady says she will call back and doesn’t please his injections were working can someone just call bac

Oh no, I have never had a problem in 8 years. Maybe go in to the office, and see what's going on? Or call constantly. Sorry to hear this. Good luck.

I have seen Dr. Willoughby for almost a year now..He is very conservative with medications but he will not let you be in pain if you are a legitimate patient., he is pro epidural injections and he will work closely with your surgeons to make your pain manageable..
