I wish I could articulate into words our gratefulness and exceptional experience with Dixie Veterinary Clinic. We had an emergency with our 3 month old German Shepard Puppy, Blaze, and not only did the team encourage us to come straight to the clinic, Lexy was patient with me as a I came down the mountain and conducted multiple calls to gather the information needed despite my limited service to take care of Blaze. Upon arrival, I was met at the door where Blaze was taken straight back. Although it was not immediately known what was causing Blaze's neurological symptoms at the time, the team was quick, communicative and empathetic as we faced one the scariest experiences with our pup. Dr. Clancy was transparent, supportive and thoughtful. It appeared Blaze had ingested [what could have been a deathly] toxin and needed to be placed on an IV and try to flush his system. Dr. Clancy kept him overnight and drove to the clinic to check on him periodically after hours and provided me with an update. I cannot recommend Dr. Clancy and Dixie Veterinary Clinic enough. We will be a client for life.

We LOVE Dixie Veterinary Clinic and have for last ten years. We started Ted with Dr Brinkeroff and all the visits and vaccinations then Dr Gutz and tech Chris helped us send Ted Over the Rainbow after multiple home health visits. We now have a new Puppy MP. Just this morning had an issue and they got us in and solved that with compassion and great care. MP was calm and happy. I HIGHLY recommend these folks. Their facility is brand new spanking clean. WONDERFUL vets, techs and receptionists all with good sense of caring humor that put our pets at ease over the years.
