Clay Gibson was very knowledgeable of the homes that were available and extremely helpful from the begining of the selection process all the way up to closing. Clay kept me "in the loop" on the progress of my loan through getting the home delivered. The entire process went quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend Mt. How can a customer protect themselves from manufacturer negligence? If the home isn’t put together like promised. I’ve read where cabinet doors fall from the hinges after 3 months. Appliances don’t work. Even plumbing wasn’t hooked up correctly.
