Shawn Rae is a great building manager. I've lived at several apartment complexes throughout my life, and she is the best landlord I've had. She genuinely cares and is a kind person. I felt appreciated as a tenant, and that's really nice feeling. It was a pleasure communicating with her, and she was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Wonderful place to reside. Great and friendly community, awesome management and very on top of Covid friendly procedures. Highly considering renewing my lease here! The rooftop is gorgeous and location being right off of the freeway is a huge plus.

Just moved in and so far we have had a great experience! The manager helped ensured a smooth move in process and even had some fun move in gifts! The community is well kept, clean, and quiet. I enjoy the amenities and our neighbors seem respectful of helping keep all the amenities clean. I look forward to see how the rest of our time is at the 205!

Dane is very helpful and greets everyone by name. Jeff in maintenance is always friendly and says hello no matter the time of day. Both guys do a great job of taking care of the building and residents. It's always clean and there are a lot of places to hang out in the building. The location is nice and I even got a friendly reminder to pay rent before it was too late. Most places will just let you incur late charges. I felt that was thoughtful and above and beyond the call of service. I've been here a month and I have no complaints so far. they're even hosting a little rooftop mixer for us today. I'm looking forward to it.
