I won't really focus on the high prices in this review. Emily on the switchboard is very quick to give the wrong information, and is very slow to pass the call to someone with more knowledge of the account or service. We do not like dealing with Emily when we call in. I try to bear in mind that working with the public must be taxing at times, but not everyone is trying to be rude, Emily. Please bear that in mind as well!

The worst! Bills were always outrageous and when we moved out of state, they sent me to collections for a remaining measly $57 that I never knew about not expected. I did not expect to pay anything after leaving bc when I called to cancel my service they notified me they would keep my $200+ deposit for some ridiculous justifiable reason to them. And after that they still wana send me to collections! Wow crazy crazy company

Good morning. Power outage was quite a lot around Paducah between last year now and I guess it's gonna be more of the same in this new year? Lots of issues statewide with power, cable and internet. I'm not sure, exactly, what's happening but it is happening throughout Kentucky. It's not an isolated incident. Consider Google searching the power and internet issues across the State and you can see that it's a bigger issue than just here. Best wishes.
They don't set poles on your lot you have to get a private contractor.
If you have a complete understanding of your meter, you would have to take a reading each day(at the same time) for a period of a week, month, etc. Then determine your usage for the same periods. Tedious, drawnout and you then would have to contact the power company to come and check out the meter and your household uses.
If you get prepay then it's $85 35 to turn it on and 50 goes to your account. If you do monthly then they figure up what the average is a month and that's your deposit.
