Super nice place. Signed my son up because his gym closed and couldn't be happier with them. I wish I could remember the guy at the counters name but he is a great representation of an outstanding employee. He shows real compassion for customers and loves what he does. If you're management and reading this I suspect you already know who I'm talking about. Highly recommend this facility. Very very clean. Lots of equipment and options for everyone

I went as a guest recently to try spin class. The instructor, Chris, showed me how to set up the bike and was helpful and encouraging through the whole class. It was a great workout, and I’ll definitely be joining and going back to spin.

Ages 12 & over can be active members (ages 12-14 require direct supervision). Kids club available for ages 4 months to 11 years.
Hey Mandy! Thanks for asking. Lockers are provided for daily use at no charge during workouts. We do have locker rental for continuous use. Next time you're in, see a Crew Member at the front desk and they can give you details. Thanks!
