This is by far the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. Do NOT waste your time or money here! I waited over 6 months for a car to arrive that was being traded in by an employee. I was told that this vehicle was in pristine condition and would be there soon. Over 6 months later they called to let me know that it was there. I drove 3 hours a week after the call and told them the date and time that I would arrive. I was told the vehicle would be cleaned, detailed, and ready to go, and the paperwork would be quick and easy. This was NOT the case. The exterior was far from "pristine", but livable. The interior was a complete mess. Mind you, the car had been "detailed." We may have different definitions here, but if a car were detailed, I shouldn't find footprints on the ceiling, mud on the seats, chips in the seat pockets, a hat under a seat, sticky substances on the seats and in storage areas, a missing floor mat, etc... the list goes on. What a joke! I then spoke with Paul Stovesand about correcting the vehicle, and offering a better price. At first, he did offer to make it right and deliver the car to me at no additional cost. 2.5 hours later we left the dealership without the vehicle. When it was delivered, it was STILL a mess! I called Paul, and he refused to do anything further. He told me I could bring it back(3 hrs) for a carwash and vacuum. He would not even send the missing floor mat. No customer service at this dealership whatsoever and it starts with the ownership! The salesperson was everything you would expect of a stereotypical "used car salesman." Lies, trying to worm his way out of prior arrangements when I first put a deposit on the vehicle, didn't really care if I bought it or not because someone would. Then made an excuse that he may have come off a little brash because he was from Chicago. What a laughable excuse! Oh, and did I mention it took them 26 days to get me the title because the previous owner "didn't have it." He freaking works there! I do want to thank Dan Jackson, the internet manger, and PK for their help in keeping me informed about the arrival of the vehicle and making sure the title was complete and overnighted(26 days later) so I didn't have a problem at my DMV. Those are the ONLY 2 people there that have any sort of customer service sense and should be commended. Everyone else should pursue opportunities without customer contact. I didn't even mention the failure to return phone calls or answer questions correctly. Overall, a complete and total failure of a business and I will NEVER refer anyone or be back!

I was passing through Paducah when I realized that I needed expert help with my Ford pickup. I'm used to getting good service at the Ford dealer back home, but I received the same good service from the team that didn't even know me. I was on a tight schedule to keep reservations that I made a few weeks ago but they did not know that. I couldn't be happier with the service provided in such a timely manner.

My husband and I went to Paducah Ford inquiring about a minivan we had our eyes on. Instantly we were greeted with a friendly face, Mike Felker. Mike was the most patient, honest, and informative salesman we have every worked with. He was well prepared and we highly recommend him specifically. He took us on a phenomenal test drive, that allowed us to feel confident in the vehicle we were considering. Ultimately, we decided to think about our potential purchase for one more day before we made our final decision. Once we did decide to move forward with our purchase, Mike worked for us. He worked hard to get us the best bang for our buck. Not only did he “go the distance” to get us what we wanted and needed, he did it on what was supposed to be his day off. Long story short, we love our new vehicle, Mike was phenomenal, and we will be going back to him for future purchases.

Asking nearly 20k over msrp. Just letting people know what they're walking into. This should be illegal

Paducah Ford has always honored every warranty replacement I've had over many years and many cars.
The tires on the car are the same tires when she test drove and purchased. A 125,000 mile car does not come with new tires unless they had been replaced
Fusion was sold with 125,000 miles. The car has been driven over a month. There is no tire warranty on a used car with used tires. They also have 5/32 of tread remaining
Yes
