I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Perkins-Nashville. After an incident with my warranty Perkins almost lost my business! Luckily, Randy from the Paducah, KY store (where I had to call because the phones were down at the Nashville store) stepped in and tried to help. After a couple phone calls and no one from Nashville ever calling me (still to this day). Randy told my story to Josh (his boss). Josh stepped in and went above and beyond. He was upfront and told me "No promises but let me make a call". That one call handled the situation. Completely!!! From now on Josh & Randy will receive my business! They earned it!
