Friendly staff, decent equipment. It's not a huge fitness center by any means, but has what a person needs in a small town. Readily accessible equipment, not too crowded

No there no boxing ring.
We do have Silver Sneakers. We do not have any personal trainers though.
Contract is 25 bucks a month
For a single it is $24.99 per month. For a couple it is $44.99. We also have tanning (not included in that price) and a sauna (included)! We are open 24 hours and have a kids room as well. Our staff hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm Friday 10am-5pm You can come anytime during those hours to sign up! We hope to see you soon. ☺️
