I purchased the Galaga arcade machine with Ms. Pacman along with the extra 60 games. I had a long list of questions and Jose was patient and answered every one of them and a few I didn't ask. Customer service is absolutely wonderful, no matter what time of the day or night you call Sunday through Sunday, Jose will answered the call. After I received my game, I called back for some additional information he was more than willing to help me again. Jose is wonderful. Amazing I found out that a can make my guess PAY to PLAY. Imagine all the garters I can collect. I'm a happy camper
