Very disappointed. Food was good , service was not , especially the hostess that seats people. And it's really not her , it's the store's system. Luckily I got seated in 15 minutes , but 2 groups of 4 were being told an hour to an hour and a half. Even though there were at least 10 tables available and 5 servers just in my area. It took my server 15 minutes to take my drink order , then 10 minutes to get that drink. Luckily it didn't take long to get my food , about another 15 minutes. Corporate needs to get their butts down here and revamp their seating system. Oh , and when I asked my server for jelly for a biscuit , I didn't get any , I guess she forgot. May or may not be back , probably not.🤷‍♂️

Good, but you expect good. Menu had changed again as it seems to so much now days. A lot of fancy coffees and other drinks not as many food items. Food was good, but they seem to be losing their way. They need to get back to simple, good food, served quickly. This is the third time we've waited entirely too long to get our food, and refills...

We had a great waitress who was helpful & friendly. Our food came quickly as we were there at 3 pm & it wasn't too busy. I had the biscuits & gravy, while my husband had the meatloaf. Very nice gift shop too.
