I got the chimichanga here and it was actually really impressive. It's kind of a hole-in-the-wall style place but they served some really good food. I would 10/10 go back here when I'm in Edinburgh again.

Wearing masks
If you meant "chalupa", it is a small, thick, boat-shaped fried masa topped only with salsa, cheese and shredded lettuce. They are very good.
I've seen peas,corn,Lima beans and green beans in their rice.Not for sure if this helps but this is my observation.
