When you go to Holiday inn Express you've got to try the continental breakfast it is excellent the food is good and hot and the ladies that are there are very pleasant. That was our first time there and we will definitely be back.

Very poor customer service and rude front desk host. Couldn't check in til 8:30 due to room not being ready whenever website clearly states a 3pm check in. Fridge and outlets in room did not work and huge nasty stain in carpet of room they didnt care to clean. We couldn't use pool due to being too crowded and they said it wouldn't be open til after 10 this morning due to it being trashed. Not their fault but amenities we won't get to use and they don't care.

Staff was friendly. Pool was sufficiently warm enough to swim in. Hot tub was hot. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Thanks to staff and management at this hotel for a great stay!

Staff was great! The whole place was super duper clean. Our room was spacious and everyone went out of their way to accommodate our needs! Fyi... their guest dryer doesn't dry very well at all. Oh and pls don't just do egg white breakfast. Some folks don't like that (aka hubby). Would totally stay here again and again.
